Perhaps the highest profile act on the choice Toko Records label is Weekender, the dynamite duo of Alex Moran and Si Brad. Moss-Sider Azeem guests on vocals when the need arises. With an expert blend of funk and futuristic dance grooves, Weekender has captivated dancefloors since its debut release "Lost in the Loft" in 1998, backed with the sublime "Sunday Session." Kneel Before Zod compiled their early smashes with new material. Both Moran and Brad maintain separate careers outside of the group, with Brad being recognized as one of the most talented and respected producers/engineers working in the UK, while Moran is a rising star on the DJ circuit.
