Mikki Farrow was a session vocalist who reached for the stars with a couple of dance singles in the early 80s. Her previous work for Loleatta Holloway, Blue Magic, and the Trammps provided her with the contact with Norman Harris, who wrote and produced her material. Despite having quality tracks, Mikki's singles were lost in the shuffle. "Love Emergency" was her best charting record, at #59.
