Misery

Kimara Lovelace is one of the primary artists on the King Street label, featured on a number of tunes that have found favot with vocal house fans worldwide.  While her subject matter usually revolves around the typical love and relationship axis that has fired club music for decades, Lovelace always elevates the material with a strident vocal delivery and keenly produced backing tracks.  She was signed to the label in 1997 for a cover of Atlantic Starr's "Circles."  With remixes by Hani and pre-superstardom Hex Hector, "Circles" broke out and heralded the arrival of a new talent.

"When Can Our Love Begin," "Love You More" and her latest, "Misery," have found her collaborating with luminaries Timmy Regisford and Lil Louis.  The success of these songs has made brought her a large audience overseas, where her records are quickly consumed.   Hoepfully plans for a full length album will materialize soon.
