Longtime Miami soul vocalist and wife of George ("Rock Your Baby") had a string of danceable jams that make her an underground club diva.  "Rocking Chair" and "90% of Me Is You" were popular in the mid 70s.  The oft-sampled "Funky Sensation," produced by Kenton Nix (Taana Gardner) devastated people in 1981.
