Dynamic vocalist Glenn Turner is responsible for a trio of singles recognized as contemporary classics by eduated listeners: "I Need A Lover for Myself," "Power" and "Running Away," the later a cover of the Sly Stone composition. "Power" and "Running" were issued on top choice label Hipbone and bear all the marks of their classy output: live musicians and stylistic variance, topped off with Turner's passionate, gospelly voice.
